Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items that show signs of wear, modification, or damage not caused by shipping may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchange
The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
Exchanges are only processed for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value, depending on availability.
If the requested item is no longer in stock, we will offer a full refund or allow you to choose a different item of equal value.
Exchange Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damage during shipping, or a defect), we cover the shipping both ways.
If the exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., wanting a different model or variation), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Packaging Requirements

Secure any loose parts or components
Remove or cover any previous shipping labels

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your return is processed. This helps ensure your return can be located if there are any shipping delays.
