1. Our Warranty Commitment

SwingsetPlus LLC is an authorized retailer of the highest-quality play equipment available. We are proud to partner with manufacturers who stand by their products with comprehensive warranties.

2. Manufacturer's Pass-Through Warranty

Please note that SwingsetPlus LLC does not provide a direct warranty for any product. All products sold on our website are covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturer.

We are 100% committed to acting as your advocate. We will help you facilitate any warranty claims with the manufacturer to ensure a simple and efficient resolution.

3. What is Typically Covered?

While coverage varies by manufacturer and product, most warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It is common for coverage to be prorated or tiered by part (e.g., a 10-year or lifetime warranty on structural wood components, and a 1-2 year warranty on accessories like swings, tarps, or slides).

4. What is NOT Covered by Manufacturer Warranties?

Warranties generally do not cover:

  • Cosmetic Imperfections: Natural characteristics of wood such as knots, knot holes, or "checking" (small cracks or splits) that do not affect the structural integrity of the set.
  • Improper Installation or Use: Damage resulting from faulty installation, failure to follow assembly instructions, or use in a commercial (non-residential) setting.
  • Vandalism or Misuse: Damage caused by willful abuse or acts of nature.
  • Shipping & Labor Costs: Manufacturer warranties cover the replacement part only. The customer is typically responsible for any shipping costs for the new part and any labor costs for its installation.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe a part of your product is defective, please follow this simple 3-step process so we can assist you.

  1. Step 1: Do not attempt to repair, modify, or dispose of the part. Doing so may void the manufacturer's warranty.
  2. Step 2: Email our support team at support@swingsetplus.com with all of the following information:
    1. Your Original Order Number (as Proof of Purchase).
    2. A clear photo of the entire play set or product.
    3. Clear, close-up photos of the specific damaged or defective part(s).
    4. A list of the specific part number(s) needed (this can be found in your assembly manual).
    5. A brief description of the issue.
  3. Step 3: Once we receive all the required information, we will package and submit your claim directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. We will serve as your point of contact and keep you updated on the status of your claim.
