We are confident we offer the best value on high-quality play equipment. If you find a lower, advertised price on an identical item from an Authorized US Dealer, we will do our best to match it.

How to Request a Price Match

Please email us at support@swingsetplus.com with a direct, live link to the competitor's product page showing the lower price. The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.

Eligibility & Conditions

• The item must be identical (e.g., same model number, size, color, and brand).
• The item must be in-stock and available for immediate shipment from the competitor.
• The competitor must be an Authorized US Dealer for the brand in question.

Exclusions

Our Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• Prices on items that are on clearance, closeout, liquidation, or part of a bundle offer.
• Pricing errors or misprints.
• Prices from third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace), auction sites, or membership clubs.
• Prices from unauthorized dealers.
• Prices that require a rebate or coupon.
• The competitor's shipping and handling fees (we only match the product's item price).

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts from SwingsetPlus LLC. All price match requests are subject to review and final approval by SwingsetPlus LLC. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this policy at any time.
