Wholesale Policy

1. Wholesale Program

SwingsetPlus LLC offers a wholesale program for approved B2B partners, including retailers, contractors, and designers. This program provides access to our products at wholesale pricing.

2. Application and Approval

To apply for a wholesale account, please contact us at support@swingsetplus.com. You will be required to provide a valid business name, address, and Resale Certificate or Tax ID number. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): A minimum order of $1,000 is required for all opening wholesale orders. Subsequent order minimums will be established in your account terms.
  • Payment Terms: All opening orders must be prepaid via credit card or bank transfer. Net 30 payment terms may be offered upon application and credit approval for subsequent orders.

4. Shipping

All wholesale orders are shipped via LTL Freight. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs will be quoted and approved by you before your order is finalized.

5. Returns

All wholesale orders are considered final sale. Returns are not accepted unless an item is demonstrably defective upon arrival and reported within 5 business days.

6. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To protect the value and integrity of the brands we sell, SwingsetPlus LLC has adopted a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. All wholesale buyers must agree to and abide by this policy.

  • Policy Application: The Buyer (Retailer) agrees to sell the Products to retail customers at an advertised price that is no lower than the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) established by SwingsetPlus LLC for each product.
  • Pricing Information: We will provide you with the MAP for each product. The MAP policy applies to all advertised prices in any media, including websites, social media, and online marketplaces.
  • Policy Violation Consequences: If the Buyer advertises any Products at a price lower than the MAP, SwingsetPlus LLC may, at its sole discretion, immediately and without notice, discontinue supplying Products to the Buyer and terminate the wholesale agreement.
  • Policy Exceptions: Exceptions to this MAP policy may be granted only by SwingsetPlus LLC in writing.
